Health Test
Our health test will be on Friday, May 30, 2014. It
will consist of True/False; fill in the blank, long answer, and short
answer. We will need to know effects of
stress on the cardio/respiratory system, digestive system, skeletal/muscular
system, nervous system, and the immune system. Some questions we might need to
Know are:
What is Stress?
Causes of Stress?
How do you respond to stress?
What are some stress warning signs and symptoms?
What’s Stressful for You?
Stress is a normal physical response to events that
make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. Stress affects the mind, body, and behavior
in many ways, and everyone experiences stress differently. Regular exercise
helps to reduce stress and reduce the effects of stress.
