Next year grades 9-12 are allowed to go to the 2015 Europe trip which goes to Rome, Florence, Pisa and Barcelona. This tour visits amazing attractions such as St.Peter's Basilica, Colosseum, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Spanish Steps and more! The trip is 9 days and students and teachers who are going are scheduled to depart march 23rd 2015 and return march 31 which is during spring break. Students attending will miss 4 days of school but will be required to catch up.The whole trip costs approximately $3,495. this price includes, Round-trip flights, comfortable motor coach night ferry high speed train 6 overnight stays in hotels with private bathrooms European breakfast and dinner entrances to famous attractions etc.
The school decided to travel with Education First which is a company that makes trips possible for high schools at a lower and affordable price. All thought EF doesn't include lunch, passports and visa fees in the trip. These things have to be paid by yourself. If you are Canadian citizen you don't require a visa but if toy aren't you have to arrange a time to try and get a visa for these places. There is a meeting on Tuesday at 6:00 for students and parents with Mr. Dorion and one of the EF tour guides to explain pricing, itinerary, and answer questions.
